Request documentation and support portal access
EfficientIP customers can request access to product documentation, release notes and the support portal here. Complete the form and the support team sends your credentials by email.
Request access
What happens after you submit
When you will hear back
Within two business days. Requests are checked against your contract before credentials are issued, which is why the contract number is required.
What the access covers
Product downloads and knowledge base access opens My EfficientIP: product software, patches, installation guides and documentation. Support access opens Incident Management, where you raise and track cases. Ask for both if you need both; access is limited to product-trained customers and certified partners with a valid contract.
If your credentials do not arrive
Look in your spam folder for mail from support@efficientip.com first. If nothing has arrived by the end of that window, contact support with the date you submitted this form.
Other support requests
Looking for something else? These are the other requests EfficientIP customers make here.
- Request a licence Activate a new licence key or renew one close to expiry.
- Open a support case Report a fault on a running deployment and track it to a fix.
- Browse SOLIDserver training Course outlines, formats and what each one assumes.
- Register for a course Book a place on a scheduled session.
- Request community access Search past threads and ask other operators.
- Contact support Reach the team when no request form fits.
