Every section of each page has a small status tag in its top-left corner. It shows where that section stands:

• ○Pending Not reviewed yet.
• Approved You have signed it off.
• Feedback Added You left a comment for us.
• ⚠Feedback Addressed We have replied.

Click a Pending tag and a small menu opens, like the one beside this box. It has two choices:

• Approve Section — this section is good to go.
• Add Section Feedback — something needs to change. Tell us what.

Accidentally approved? Click an Approved tag and choose Remove Approval.

This is the comment box that Add Section Feedback opens. Type your note and send it. These extras are optional:

• Point to a spot: drop a pin, draw a box or highlight text beside the comment box to mark the exact place you mean.
• Show us: a screenshot of the section is attached automatically (untick the box to skip it). Use the paperclip to attach your own file.

Once you send a comment it becomes a conversation. Our replies appear in the same box, like this:

Happy with the change? Click Mark feedback as resolved, at the top of the box, to close the conversation. Then you can mark the section as approved!

This bar stays at the bottom of every page, so everything you need to review the site is always one click away:

• LaunchPad Overview — opens a sidebar panel with every section on the page.
• Updates — our replies to your feedback.
• Sitemap Index — every page and template in one place.
• Your Current View — which version of the page you are on. A wireframe is the skeletal layout; Design is the finished look.
• Progress % — how many sections you have approved on the page so far.
• Eye icon — hides the status tags so you can see the page as visitors will. Click it again to bring them back.

Click LaunchPad Overview to open the Approvals panel. It lists every section on the current page with its status, so you can see at a glance what is still pending and how far along the page is.

The Updates bell opens the Updates tab, which shows replies to feedback and new comments. It refreshes every time you open it.

Tip: use the This Page / All Pages switch at the top to see just this page, or comments from everyone across the whole site.

Either of these buttons, one in the bar and one at the top of the panel, opens the Sitemap Index in a new tab: every page and template in one place, with your overall project progress.

Toggle on Edit Content to change text and images directly on the page. The same tips pop up the first time you turn it on.

How to edit

• Click any text or image to edit it.
• Changes save automatically.
• Made a mistake? Use the undo and redo buttons next to the toggle.
• Click the toggle again when you are finished.
• Editing turns itself off after 15 minutes of inactivity.
